At Vastrado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
